Dessert soup for dry lips and skin

Ingredients:

1 small Papaya (can be replaced by pears, apples)

Snow fungus (15g)

Peach tree resin (50g)

Rock sugar (80g)

This traditional dessert soup is perfect for dry weather. It contains collagen and vitamin C that your body needs to nourish your lips and skin. Snow fungus needs to be soaked for 3 hours before use. Peach tree resin needs to be soaked for 2 days and washed clean before use. Cook all ingredients for one hour and add rock sugar for taste.

Peach tree resin is safe to consume and it contains collagen for skin rejuvenation. Snow fungus also contains collagen and is good for the lungs. It is the best to select seasonal fruits to cook with. If fresh fruits are not available, try some dried fruits such as raisins or dried apricots.
