After-meal-tea to aid digestion

This herbal tea (Jiao San Xian) is designed for people with poor digestion and bloating issues after meals. It is a perfect after-meals supplement to break down food and aid absorption. There are three ingredients: roasted hawthorn berries, roasted malt, and roasted fermented herb cubes.

Hawthorn: Research shows that Hawthorn berries contain antioxidant and aid digestion. They may reduce cholesterol level and blood pressure.

Malt: Malt supports the digestion system and may support the growth of probiotic cultures.

Fermented herb cube: it is a combination of different herbs that is traditionally used for food stagnation.
