Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shan Yao <\/strong>\u5c71\u85e5<strong>  (Chinese Yam)<\/strong> &#8211; Good for digestion and chronic cough caused by weakness. The fresh Shan Yao harvested during winter and early spring. Frozen ones can be easily found in Asian supermarket stores. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hong Zao <\/strong>\u7d05\u68d7 <strong>(Dried Jujube fruit)<\/strong> &#8211; Dried jujube fruit that is full of iron. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yi Yi Ren <\/strong>\u858f\u82e1\u4ec1 <strong>(Pearl Barley)<\/strong> &#8211; Good for digestion and balancing body fluid.
